What are class times?Our AM block runs from 9 am to 1 pm. The PM block runs from 6 pm to 10 pm. Our Weekend block is Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm.

How do I get my text books?All students will receive digital textbook codes from their instructors during their lectures.

How do I pay the book fee?Students can pay textbook fees after receiving their tuition. This can be completed by one of the following: +E-transfer to info@apcollege.ca +Credit or debit by calling reception at 403-717-0436

I'm done with my lectures now what?The next step is to complete your job readiness course and your practicum.

What is Job Readiness?The job readiness course is a requirement to graduate. This course will provide you with the ability to write and maintain a professional resume and strong interview skills.

What immunizations are required for the Medical Office Assistant practicum?Before you begin your practicum you must be vaccinated for Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, MMR, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and Hepatitis B.

Can I use an old police check for practicum?The police check must be performed within 6 months of the start date of your practicum.

Which programs require a police check for practicum?A police check is required for Pharmacy Assistant , Medical Office Assistant, and Accounting Technician with Taxation and Payroll.

Why do I have to take the Accuplacer test?The accuplacer exam is required for students who are unable to provide previous education transcripts.

What is an SLE and do I have to take one?The SLE is the entrance exam for our college, and all students are required to take it.
